Hot Lunch Program

Hot Lunch2018-09-10T10:59:00+00:00

Dear Infant Jesus of Prague Families,

We hope you are having a great summer!  We would like to take a moment to introduce ourselves to those of you who are new to IJP, as well as thank those of you who have been with us. We could not be more excited to start another year running the foodservice program at IJP!

We are a family owned and operated restaurant and food service company in the south suburbs.  We specialize in cooking homemade, from scratch foods for your children. The lunch we serve to your kids at IJP are made fresh daily!  Our lunch menus are highlighted by our restaurant quality specials. We focus on using whole fresh ingredients to create meals that will excite and satisfy your child.  In our kitchens you will see things like fresh produce, unprocessed meats, whole grains and even our own family made olive oil.  We treat your children as we treat our own! As the year progresses, we will be consistently updating the menu and offering new choices and a wide variety, while maintaining the highest quality with home-style recipes.

The system for purchasing lunches will be same as last year.  A monthly menu will be issued and families will be able to choose which meals they want to select.  The menu will be posted to IJP’s web site.  Parents can simply print out a menu, circle which lunches their child wants for that month and email the form back to hotlunch@ijpschool.org.  A credit card authorization form is also available on the website for parents to fill out to purchase lunches.  We will also accept checks.

We continually strive to improve our service.  It would be great to hear your suggestions and comments as we move along the school year.  Please feel free to come by and talk to us during school, or at the restaurant any time.  You can also make a quick phone call or send us an e-mail and let us know how we are doing.  We would love to hear from you, and we are very proud to be a part of the IJP community!!

Sincerely,

Country House Restaurant and Kitchen Company
